- No child is supervised by a person under 18 years of age
- All staff (including volunteers & placement students) complete a review of all Montessori Start Inc. Policies & Procedures including Behaviour Management Policy and Criminal Reference Check Policy
- Staff qualifications satisfy licensing requirements
- Volunteers & placement students do not have unsupervised access to children at any time
