Registration Procedure
TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED:
- Completed ADMISSION APPLICATION form
- REGISTRATION FEE of $100 (non refundable)
- Copy of child’s IMMUNIZATION DOCUMENT
- Copy of child’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE (or Landed Immigrant Documents)
- Currently dated DEPOSIT (non refundable) equivalent to one month’s tuition representing the last month of the school year. (ie., June)
- Nine (9) postdated TUITION CHEQUES dated the 1st day of each month covering the school year. (ie., Sept. 1 – May 1)
- Signed PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION & TREATMENT FORM
